REALITY CHECK: A pair of prominent reality stars are expected to take over Mohegan Sun’s newly opened venue Novelle this weekend — and let’s just say that the rest is still unwritten. The New England night club has announced it’ll have Brody Jenner jumping in the DJ booth and spinning on Friday night, when Audrina Patridge is also slated to make a special appearance. The duo originally rose to fame in the 2000s when they starred on the popular MTV series “The Hills.” And they’re now both back at it with the network’s new reboot, “The Hills: New Beginnings,” whose first season kicked off late last month. On the show’s current comeback, Jenner and Patridge are joined by fellow O.G. cast members like Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Whitney Port, Justin Brescia, Stephanie Pratt, Frankie Delgado, as well as newcomers Mischa Barton, who’s known for having starred on “The O.C.” back in the day, as well as Brandon Lee, son of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee. As far as their local engagement goes, doors open at 9 p.m. and the party will be going strong until 2 a.m. close. More information and tickets can be found through Novelle’s site.
SNACKDOWN LIVE: The WWE doesn’t play games when it comes to snagging Chinese food. We hear that a pack of these wrestling superstars made a pilgrimage to The Kowloon Restaurant to relax and refuel, after wrapping up their nationally televised Smackdown Live event held at the SNHU Arena in Manchester, N.H., this week. Amongst the pros who made the trek down to the Route 1 fixture were Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, Elias, Drew McIntyre, Drake Maverick and his wife, Renee Michelle, Brian Kendrick and referee Mike Chioda. The crew apparently worked up an appetite from all the in-ring action, and we’re told that their party ordered rounds of the Saugus establishment’s specialties, including sushi, pupu platters, wings, salt and pepper shrimp, and garlic steak.
